Dr. James Wilkins - FOUNDER
Dr. James Wilkins was a Pastor’s Pastor, Preacher and Bible Teacher for many, many decades.
Bro. Wilkins was privileged to start thirteen churches. He taught in several Independent Baptist Bible Colleges, authored more than 80 books and booklets with more than 1 million copies in print, spoke on national TV and radio innumerable times as well as preached over 45,000 times. In 1976 Dr. Wilkins started New Testament Ministries after pastoring in Sacramento, California – arguably one of the most liberal, ungodly, unchurched cities in America that was home to the California state capitol. The church was small and struggling when Bro. Wilkins was called to that pastorate and 10 short years later the Sunday School attendance was averaging consistently just under 1000 folks every Sunday. Bro. Wilkins believed the strength or soundness of a church was not measured in the number of attendees in the Sunday morning preaching service but rather, by the number of folks that attended the Sunday School hour.
This phenomenal growth can only be attributed to being faithful to the leading, guiding and directing of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Upon taking the church to pastor, he immediately started Sunday School classes as well as discipleship classes. Bro. Wilkins told me on more than one occasion that if we will make disciples of the members, it will close the revolving back door – meaning, if the Saved, Born Again Christians will read their Bible, study their Bible, be faithful in all services as well as practice what the Bible teaches, they will faithfully serve the Lord. To that end, Dr. Wilkins started New Testament Ministries and began teaching and preaching the methods that had been so successful in his ministry.
Today I have the privilege of continuing Bro. Wilkins vision of producing, printing, distributing and teaching sound, fundamental, Bible based material in and to the local church.
Dr. Joseph Carson - PRESIDENT
Dr.Joe Carson is an author, teacher, pastor, evangelist and director of New Testament Ministries International. Dr. Carson has been privileged to start three churches, served as a missionary in Alaska, authored many books, booklets and Gospel tracts, taught at several Baptist Bible Colleges, traveled throughout the world preaching, teaching and helping to organize Independent Fundamental Bible Believing Baptist Churches and Bible Institutes.
Dr. Carson is married with three children and 14 grandchildren.
Dr. Dennis Corle - ADVISORY BOARD & CONTENT CONTRIBUTOR
Dennis Corle was saved on January 15, 1975 at the age of 20, and began preaching just a few months after his conversion. He worked on staff at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Ski Gap, Pennsylvania, under Dr. Denny Mallonee and then received a Bachelor of Science degree from Beth Haven Baptist College in Louisville, Kentucky, under the ministry of Dr. Tom Wallace in 1980. He completed the four-year course in 20 months and graduated valedictorian of his class.
Brother Corle spent one year training under the ministry of veteran evangelist, Dr. Joe Boyd, traveling and working in his revival meetings. Since then he has received a Doctor of Divinity degree from Tri-State Baptist College in Memphis, Tennessee, with Dr. Ron Westmoreland, and a Th.M. and Th.D. degree from Great Commission Theological Seminary. He has also received a Doctor of Humanities from Truth Baptist Theological Seminary; and a Doctor of Literature from Faith Baptist College; as well as a Th.M. and Th.D. from Landmark Baptist College. He has started eight different churches throughout the years and has helped over 100 other church planters get started.
Dennis Corle and his wife, Cathy, entered full-time evangelism in 1981. In the past 40 years, he has traveled over 4 million miles, held over 2,085 revival meetings and had over one thousand one-day meetings, as well as soul-winning and Revival Fires! Conferences.
In his ministry he has seen over 70,000 people saved and 19,000 baptized. Thousands of young people have surrendered for full-time ministry in his meetings, many of whom are presently serving the Lord full-time, as well as thousands of members added to independent Baptist Churches across the country.
Dr. Corle is the founder and president of Revival Fires! Baptist College, which is a correspondence college offering a full 4-year program. He has also started and teaches a summer institute designed to train young evangelists in the field, and also teaches in several fundamental Baptist colleges each year.
Dr. Corle is the founder of Revival Fires Publishing, which has published more than 120 books to date.
Pastor Dough Mondt
Pastor Mondt has been in the ministry for more than 25 years as a Pastor, Teacher and Pastors mentor. Bro. Mondt is a former United States Marine and degreed professional chemist. After graduation from Bible College in Michigan, Pastor Mondt served in the local ministry before moving to Nevada to Pastor Lighthouse Baptist Church in Winnemucca, Nevada. Over the many years in the ministry Bro. Mondt has been a preacher’s preacher – always helpful in mentoring, helping, training and supporting the men of God called into the local church ministry. Bro. Mondt also has a heart and passion for missions – both domestic and foreign. Pastor Mondt is faithful in teaching and preaching methodically through the Bible in order to disciple and equip the man of God according to: 2 Timothy 3:16-17 16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. 21 times in Psalm we find mention of Precept/s.
Psalm 119:34 Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep thy precepts. 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Pastor Ed Paul Pilao - HBCC
Pastor Ed Paul Pilao is the son of Pastor Edwin Pilao, raised in a home grounded in faith and service to the Lord. He accepted Christ as his personal Savior on August 9, 2003, and was baptized on August 10, 2003. In 2013, he surrendered his life to full-time ministry, following the path set before him by God.
He prepared for the ministry through years of theological training. He studied at Galilee Pilgrim Bible Baptist Theological Institute in 2013, continued at Baptist Bible College in Bethany, Makati in 2014, then at Baptist Voice Bible College in 2016, and completed further studies at Brigido Porto Bible Baptist Seminary in 2021.
In 2018, Pastor Ed Paul served in Vietnam as a missionary helper for three years, faithfully assisting the work there. After returning to the Philippines, he continued to help in their home church’s ministries, supporting its growth and outreach efforts. One of his ministries also involved teaching music in different churches, helping others develop their gifts to glorify God.
In February 2023, he began pastoring in Candelaria, Quezon. Later that year, after his father met an accident, he stepped into a greater role as Senior Pastor of Holyword Baptist Church, Candelaria. Since then, he has led the church with humility, conviction, and a heart to serve both God and the people.

Pastor Francis John Tabanda - BBTSJB
Ptr. Francis John Tabanda is the middle son of Pastor Primo Tabanda, the pioneer of Bible Baptist Temple in San Joaquin, Pasig. Growing up in a faith-centered home, John was saved on August 9, 1991, baptized on May 5, 1992, and fully surrendered to God’s calling in 2004 at Bible Baptist College, Cebu.
After completing Bible College, he served 12 years at Bible Baptist Temple, Pasig, teaching and nurturing the congregation. In 2022, he and his family fully committed to ministry and were commissioned to San Juan, Batangas, where he now pastors Bible Baptist Temple.
Before leading the church in San Juan, he taught at Bible Baptist Seminary, Pasig for two years. Currently, he also ministers at Bible Fellowship Baptist Church in Guis-Guis and Christ Bible Baptist Church in Candelaria.
A devoted husband to Jeaneth and a loving father to Primo, Roy, and Johriel, Pastor Tabanda remains steadfast in his mission, carrying forward his father’s legacy.

Ms. Precious Faith Pilao - NTMI STAFF
Precious Faith Pilao is a member of Holy Word Baptist Church in Candelaria, Quezon, Philippines. She is the daughter of Ptr. Emeritus Edwin Pilao and the sister of Senior Pastor Ptr. Paul Pilao. She got saved at the age of seven during her father’s ministry in Gumaca, Quezon, and was baptized at the age of eight. Precious Faith is a college graduate with a BS degree in Biology. She serves in many areas of the church, including as a Good News and Sunday School teacher, and is involved in the music ministry, soul winning, and audio-visual technology. At 16, she began helping Dr. Joseph Carson during his mission trips in the Philippines.
